How to Start Your Custom Die Casting Project

Step 1: Submit Your Design for Feasibility Review
Upload your 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings through our secure client portal. Ensure you include critical dimensions, weight requirements, and specific alloy preferences (such as ADC12 or A380). Our engineering team reviews these files to identify any potential casting issues, such as wall thickness consistency or draft angle requirements.
Step 2: Select Alloy and Surface Finish
